We are preparing a new planning document, 'The County Durham Plan' - officially known as the Local Development Framework. Once it has been finalised it will help shape the future of County Durham. The key planning document in the 'County Durham Plan' is the Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD). The first stage in the preparation of the Core Strategy is the 'Issues' stage and we need your views to identify the key planning issues facing County Durham.
Consultation on the Issues Paper is now closed.
The next consultation on the Core Strategy DPD will be the Issues and Options Paper during June and July 2010.
